從實(shí)驗(yàn)室鉆研生物醫(yī)用鈦合金的科研新星，再到湘潤(rùn)科技鈦帶事業(yè)部的生產(chǎn)骨干，不到兩年時(shí)間，他在鈦材料領(lǐng)域書(shū)寫(xiě)了一段精彩的奮斗篇章。憑借對(duì)鈦及鈦合金的執(zhí)著熱愛(ài)，他將學(xué)術(shù)成果轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)際生產(chǎn)力，在工作崗位綻放耀眼光芒。

         In less than two years, he has worked hard to create some achievements in the field of titanium materials, from a research newcomer studying biomedical titanium alloys in the laboratory to a core personnel in the titanium strip division. With his persistent passion for titanium and titanium alloys, he transforms academic achievements into productivity and makes contributions in his work.

         2020年，他與鈦結(jié)下不解之緣，專(zhuān)注開(kāi)發(fā)生物醫(yī)用鈦合金。面對(duì)生物醫(yī)用材料嚴(yán)苛的安全性、相容性要求，他不斷探索創(chuàng)新，最終成功研發(fā)出一種新型生物醫(yī)用鈦合金，其優(yōu)異的力學(xué)性能和良好的生物相容性，為后續(xù)臨床應(yīng)用提供了新的可能。在寶貴的研究經(jīng)歷中，他不僅積累了深厚的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，也培養(yǎng)了嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目蒲袘B(tài)度與問(wèn)題解決能力。

          In 2020, he focused on developing biomedical titanium alloys. Faced with the stringent safety and compatibility requirements of biomedical materials, he continuously explores and innovates, successfully developing a new type of biomedical titanium alloy. Its excellent mechanical properties and good biocompatibility provide new possibilities for clinical applications. In his valuable research experience, he not only accumulated profound professional knowledge, but also cultivated a rigorous research attitude and problem-solving ability.

          2023年7月，他加入湘潤(rùn)科技鈦帶事業(yè)部，負(fù)責(zé)酒鋼外協(xié)生產(chǎn)的技術(shù)對(duì)接、質(zhì)量把控和生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度推進(jìn)等工作。面對(duì)全新的工作環(huán)境和復(fù)雜的業(yè)務(wù)挑戰(zhàn)，他將所學(xué)知識(shí)運(yùn)用到實(shí)際工作中。

           In July 2023, he joined the Titanium strip Division of XRUN, responsible for the technical quality control and production planning of Jiuquan Iron and Steel's production. Faced with a new work environment and complex challenges, he applies the knowledge he has learned to practical work. 

          在技術(shù)對(duì)接方面，他充分發(fā)揮專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)，深入了解酒鋼的生產(chǎn)工藝和湘潤(rùn)鈦帶的產(chǎn)品需求，搭建起雙方高效溝通的橋梁。通過(guò)組織技術(shù)交流會(huì)、建立線(xiàn)上溝通平臺(tái)，及時(shí)解決生產(chǎn)中的技術(shù)難題，確保生產(chǎn)工藝的順利實(shí)施。

          In terms of technology, he fully utilized his professional advantages, deeply understood the production process of Jiugang and the product requirements of Titanium Strip, and built a bridge for efficient communication between the two parties. By organizing technical exchange meetings and establishing online communication platforms, we can promptly solve technical problems in the production process to ensure the smooth implementation of production processes. 

       質(zhì)量是企業(yè)的生命，他始終將質(zhì)量把控作為工作的重中之重。他改進(jìn)、完善現(xiàn)有的質(zhì)量管控體系，從原材料采購(gòu)檢驗(yàn)到成品出廠(chǎng)檢測(cè)，嚴(yán)格把關(guān)各環(huán)節(jié)。他扎根生產(chǎn)一線(xiàn)，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在的質(zhì)量隱患，始終以需求為導(dǎo)向，確保優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品出廠(chǎng)。

        Quality is the life of an enterprise, and it always regards quality control as the top priority of work. He improved the existing quality control system, strictly controlling every link from raw material procurement inspection to finished product factory inspection. He timely discovered potential quality hazards, always guided by demand,and ensured the production of high-quality products.

       在生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度推進(jìn)工作中，他展現(xiàn)出卓越的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和責(zé)任心。面對(duì)緊張的交貨期和繁重的生產(chǎn)任務(wù)，他科學(xué)制定生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，合理調(diào)配資源，確保各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)任務(wù)有條不紊運(yùn)行。當(dāng)遇到原材料供應(yīng)延遲、設(shè)備故障等突發(fā)狀況，他總能迅速做出反應(yīng)，積極解決問(wèn)題，竭力確保訂單按時(shí)交付。

       In the progress of production, he demonstrated excellent organizational and coordination skills as well as a sense of responsibility. Faced with tight delivery schedules and heavy production tasks, he scientifically formulated production plans to ensure the orderly operation of various production tasks. When encountering unexpected situations such as raw material supply delays or equipment failures, he always responds quickly, actively solves problems, and does his best to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders.

       入職不到兩年，他的出色表現(xiàn)得到一致認(rèn)可，并在公司組織的知識(shí)競(jìng)賽中，榮獲一等獎(jiǎng)。在工作之余，他依然保持科研創(chuàng)新的熱情，將工作中的實(shí)際問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化為研究課題，現(xiàn)已申請(qǐng)公開(kāi)三項(xiàng)專(zhuān)利，為公司的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新貢獻(xiàn)了重要力量。

        Less than two years after joining, he gained recognition from the company and won first prize in a knowledge competition. In his spare time, he still maintains his passion for scientific research and innovation, transforming practical problems into research topics. He has applied for three public patents and contributed significantly to the XRUN's technological innovation.

        從校園到職場(chǎng)，從科研到生產(chǎn)，他用實(shí)際行動(dòng)詮釋了新時(shí)代青年的責(zé)任與擔(dān)當(dāng)，成為湘潤(rùn)科技鈦帶事業(yè)部青年員工的榜樣。相信在未來(lái)的鈦材料研發(fā)與生產(chǎn)道路上，他將繼續(xù)砥礪前行，為我國(guó)鈦材料產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展添磚加瓦！

         From campus to workplace, from scientific research to production, he has demonstrated the sense of responsibility of young people  and become a role model for young employees in the Titanium Strip Division of Xrun.
